2. Design Approval & Pricing
Once the design is approved, we provide detailed pricing based on square footage and any upgrades you choose.
3. Contract & Deposit
After finalizing the details, we sign the contract and request a 20% security deposit of the construction cost.
4. Permits & Preparation
We handle all permits, including development and building permits, so you can relax while we prepare for construction.
5. Construction Begins
Your custom home build starts! We maintain open communication throughout the process, providing regular updates on progress.
6. Client Access & Flexibility
Since this is a custom build, you have full access to the property. If modifications are needed, we accommodate changes whenever possible.
